Legal Notice

The disclosure Spanish law requires of any commercial website: who owns voskis.com, what the site is for, and the terms on which it may be used. It also states which law governs the site and which courts hear a dispute about it.

1. Why this page exists

Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE) requires a provider established in Spain to keep certain particulars permanently available, free of charge and reachable in one step from the site. This page carries those particulars. It also sets out the conditions on which voskis.com may be used, the ownership of its text and photography, and the law and jurisdiction that apply.

Voskis is a trading name. It is not a separate legal person, holds no assets of its own and cannot be sued in its own right. Every order, every invoice and every warranty obligation described on this site is an obligation of FLOFUM, S.L. under CIF B75621250.

Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1 is the registered office and the address for legal correspondence and service of documents. It is not a shop and not a counter. Nothing can be bought there, viewed there or collected there, and callers are not received. Post sent to that address is answered; email reaches us faster.

FLOFUM, S.L. holds no telephone number. The company operates in writing only — the enquiry form on this site and the support@voskis.com inbox, both read Monday to Saturday, 9–6 CET. That is a deliberate arrangement rather than an omission: a written thread holds the item list, the address, the quoted figure and the dates, and either side can read it back months later. See the contact page.

3. What this website is for

Voskis sells home products for the inside of a house: cleaning and laundry, kitchen and dining, storage and organisation, and small home tech — plugs, timers, adaptors, bulbs, batteries and cables. Goods are supplied to street addresses in the 27 member states of the European Union.

This site is a catalogue and a set of terms. It is not a transactional platform. There is no basket, no checkout, no customer account and no field anywhere on voskis.com that accepts a card number, a bank detail or a password. Nothing displayed here is a binding offer that you can accept by clicking. An order is formed in writing — through the enquiry form or by email — and settled in cash when the parcel is handed over, in the sequence set out on how to order.

4. The commercial terms, in brief

Stated here so this page is usable on its own. The full wording sits on how to order, delivery and returns and terms and conditions, and those pages govern where any difference appears.

• Placing an order. Email support@voskis.com with the items, the quantities and the street address the box has to reach.
• The quotation. We reply the next working day confirming what is in stock and giving one figure, goods and delivery together. Anything out of stock is named in that reply. We never substitute a different item.
• The price. The quoted figure includes VAT and delivery. Nothing further is added at the door — no handling charge, no fuel surcharge, no rounding.
• Delivery cost. Free on every order, €0. No minimum spend, no threshold to reach, no surcharge for weight, size or destination.
• Delivery area. Street addresses in the 27 EU member states. Parcel lockers, PO boxes and unattended pickup points cannot be used, because a person has to be present to take the goods and hand over the money.
• Dispatch. One to two working days, followed by a tracking reference by email. No cutoff time is promised and none should be inferred.
• Payment. Cash, given to the driver once the box is in front of you. FLOFUM, S.L. operates no card terminal and no payment gateway, so cards, transfers, payment links and deposits are unavailable at every stage.
• Nothing taken in advance. Sending a list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A parcel can be refused on the doorstep, and refusing it carries no charge of any kind.
• Change of mind. 30 days from delivery, used or unused, no reason required. The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU and Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007; FLOFUM, S.L. extends it to 30 voluntarily, and the statutory right stands underneath the longer period.
• Faults. Two-year statutory guarantee of conformity under Spanish and EU law. Where an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what was agreed, FLOFUM, S.L. pays the return carriage. See the warranty page.

5. Conditions of use

Browsing voskis.com makes you a user of the site and signifies acceptance of this notice in the version published at the time of your visit. Access is open, free and requires no registration, and no part of the site asks you to create credentials.

As a user you undertake:

• To use the site and its contents lawfully, and in accordance with this notice.
• Not to introduce or spread malicious code, or anything else capable of damaging the site, its systems or the equipment of other users.
• Not to attempt to reach restricted areas, administrative interfaces or data belonging to FLOFUM, S.L. or to third parties.
• Not to harvest the catalogue by automated means — scraping, crawling for republication, or systematic copying of descriptions, measurements or photographs.
• Not to place a load on the site designed to disrupt it, and not to use any address published here to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Not to present yourself as FLOFUM, S.L., as Voskis, or as acting on their behalf.

FLOFUM, S.L. may deny access, withdraw contents, suspend the site for maintenance, or alter its structure and range at any time, without prior notice and without that giving rise to any entitlement. Where an order has already been confirmed by email, the terms in force when that confirmation was sent continue to govern it.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The whole of voskis.com is protected. That includes the text and page structure, the product descriptions and the measurements and specifications as compiled and expressed, the photography and illustration, the graphic design, the typography and layout, the source code and the arrangement of the catalogue. Rights in that material belong to FLOFUM, S.L., or are held by third parties who have licensed their use here. Protection arises under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, which approves the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, together with the international conventions Spain has ratified.

Photography is the point we are asked about most often, so it is stated plainly. The product photographs and interior photographs on this site are either owned by FLOFUM, S.L. or used under licence from the supplier or the photographer. They are not stock images placed in the public domain, and a licence held by this company does not travel with a downloaded file. Reproducing them — on a marketplace listing, a price-comparison page, a social account, a blog post or a printed leaflet — requires written permission, and the file being visible in a browser is not that permission.

Without prior written authorisation you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, extract or reuse the contents of this site, in whole or in substantial part, by any means and in any medium, whether for commercial gain or not.

Two things are permitted without asking. You may quote a short passage for comment, review or news reporting, provided the source is named and a link to the page is given. You may print or save a page for your own reference — a confirmation you want in your hand at the door, for instance. Anything beyond that, write to support@voskis.com describing what you want to use and where it will appear. Permission is often given, and asking costs nothing.

“Voskis” and the graphic marks used on this site are distinctive signs of FLOFUM, S.L., protected under Ley 17/2001, de 7 de diciembre, de Marcas. Manufacturer names, brand names and logos that appear in product descriptions belong to their respective owners; they are used to identify goods accurately, and their appearance here implies no association with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners.

If you believe material on this site infringes a right of yours, write to support@voskis.com identifying the page, the material and the right you hold. Claims of that kind are examined, and material is removed where the claim is made out.

7. Links to and from other sites

Links that lead away from voskis.com

This site links outward only where a reference is genuinely useful — a carrier’s tracking page, a manufacturer’s declaration of conformity, the official text of a regulation, a national consumer authority. Those destinations belong to other people. FLOFUM, S.L. does not control them, does not review their contents continuously, and gives no warranty as to their accuracy, lawfulness, availability or the way they handle personal data. Following an external link takes you outside this notice and under the terms of whatever site you land on.

Under Article 17 of Ley 34/2002, a provider that links to third-party content is not responsible for it unless it has actual knowledge that the content is unlawful. If you find that a page we link to has become unlawful or harmful, tell us at support@voskis.com and the link will be removed.

You may link to the home page or to any publicly accessible page on this site without asking, on four conditions:

• The link leads to a complete page, opened in its own window, and does not load our pages inside a frame or wrapper belonging to another site.
• Nothing around the link suggests that FLOFUM, S.L. sponsors, endorses, supervises or is otherwise associated with the linking site.
• The link does not reproduce our text, descriptions or photographs beyond what is needed to identify the destination.
• The linking site carries nothing unlawful, and nothing contrary to public order or good faith.

Permission to link creates no other right. It does not permit use of the Voskis name or marks as though a relationship existed, and it may be withdrawn in writing.

8. Availability, accuracy and liability

The site is made available as it stands. FLOFUM, S.L. does not warrant that it will be free of interruption, error or defect, and technical work, hosting failures and communication faults can all take it offline without notice. No entitlement arises from an interruption.

Descriptions, dimensions, materials and prices are checked before publication and corrected when an error is found. Even so, the figure that binds is the one written in the emailed reply to your list, not a figure shown on a catalogue page. Where the two differ, the emailed quotation governs and you are free to decline it at no cost. Nothing on this site is a binding offer capable of acceptance by clicking, and prices may be revised at any time before a quotation is issued.

FLOFUM, S.L. accepts no liability for damage arising from misuse of the site, from the condition of the user’s device or connection, from the acts of third parties, or from events outside its reasonable control. None of this limits or excludes the liability that Spanish and EU consumer law imposes on a trader towards a consumer, which stands in full and is unaffected by anything on this page.

9. Personal data and cookies

FLOFUM, S.L. is the controller of the personal data processed through this site and through the order mailbox. Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.

Data given when you send a list — your name, delivery address and email — is used to quote, dispatch and support the order, and to meet Spanish tax and consumer record-keeping duties. There is no account, no password and no marketing profile behind this site. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to support@voskis.com, and you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or to the supervisory authority of your own member state.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice, the use of voskis.com and any contract formed through the process described on this site are governed by Spanish law, in particular Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Where the customer is a consumer resident in another member state, Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) applies: the choice of Spanish law does not deprive that consumer of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the law of their own country of habitual residence.

Jurisdiction follows Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. A consumer may bring proceedings against FLOFUM, S.L. either before the courts of Barcelona, Spain, or before the courts of the place where the consumer is domiciled; and FLOFUM, S.L. may bring proceedings against a consumer only before the courts of the consumer’s domicile. Where the user is not acting as a consumer, both parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, waiving any other forum.

Before it reaches a court

Raise the matter with us first, in writing, at support@voskis.com, quoting the order reference. Most disagreements turn on facts rather than law, and a thread that already holds the list, the figure and the dates settles them quickly.

If we cannot agree, routes exist that do not depend on our goodwill. Consumers in Spain may approach the consumer information service of their municipality or autonomous community, or a Junta Arbitral de Consumo. Consumers elsewhere in the European Union may approach the European Consumer Centre in their own country. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating in July 2025, so no complaint can be filed there and no working link to it exists.

No voluntary code of conduct beyond the legislation named on this page governs this site.

11. Changes to this notice

FLOFUM, S.L. may amend this notice to reflect a change in the law, in the company’s particulars or in the way the site works. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the head of the page says when it was last changed. Amendments take effect on publication and are not applied retrospectively: an order already confirmed by email continues under the terms that were in force when that confirmation was sent.
