No basket. No card. No account. A short form or an email starts it.

Four numbers that describe the whole arrangement.
The unusual part of buying here is the payment, so here it is in figures before anything else.
Four cupboards, and what goes in each one.
The range is organised the way a house is, not the way a warehouse is.

Cleaning and laundry
Under the sink and the shelf above the washing machine: sprays, cloths, mops, brushes, pegs, drying racks and airers.
From €3.20
Kitchen and dining
The drawer by the kettle and the cupboard above it: pans, knives, boards, storage jars, plates, glasses and tea towels.
From €4.50
Storage and organisation
The hall cupboard and the space under the bed: clip-lid boxes, drawer dividers, hooks, hangers, shelf liners and labels.
From €5.90
Home tech and power
The socket behind the sofa and the drawer where the plugs live: extension leads, timers, adaptors, bulbs, batteries and cables.
From €4.20Four things we keep, with the figures written out.

There is no basket. There is a list.
Five steps, and none of them ask you for a card number.
Write the list and the address
Send the items, how many of each, and the street address the box has to reach. Fill in the enquiry form, or write to us directly — both land in the same inbox. There is no account to open and nothing to pay at this stage.
We reply the next working day
The reply confirms what is in stock and gives you one figure, goods and delivery together. If something is out of stock we say so in the reply. We do not substitute.
We dispatch in one to two working days
A tracking reference follows by email as soon as the box leaves us. You get a delivery window for your address, not a cutoff time we cannot keep.
The driver brings it to your door
Deliveries go to street addresses only, because cash has to pass between two people. Lockers, PO boxes and unattended pickup points cannot take the payment.
You check it, then pay in cash
Open the box on the step if you want to. The driver collects the figure from your reply and nothing else. If it is wrong or damaged, refuse it there and you owe nothing.

One cupboard by the front door, and everything in it came from the four ranges above. That is the whole shop, in the place it ends up.
Five questions that come up before a first order.
The rest are answered on the questions page.
Can I pay by card?
No. There is no terminal, no gateway and no payment link. Cash to the driver is the only method this business accepts.
What if nobody is home?
The courier leaves a card and tries again, usually the next working day. Nothing is charged for the second attempt.
Is anything taken up front?
Nothing at all. Sending a list costs you nothing, and you can walk away at the door without owing us a cent.
Can it go to a locker or a PO box?
No. Someone has to be there to hand over the cash. A workplace works if a colleague can accept it and pay.
How do I send something back?
Email us inside 30 days and we reply with the return address and a reference. Faulty or wrong items travel back at our cost.
Do you have a phone number?
No. Everything is handled in writing, which keeps a record for both of us. Email is answered Monday to Saturday, 9–6 CET.
Two things worth knowing before you buy either.
Written by the people who pick the stock. Procedures, not opinions.

Drying a full wash indoors without the damp
