Terms and conditions of sale
The contract between you and FLOFUM, S.L. when you buy from Voskis. It sets out when you are committed and when you are not, what the driver collects at the door, and the rights you keep whatever this page says.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. The company you are contracting with
Voskis is a trading name. The seller on every order is the company below, and it is the company you deal with on a return, a refund or a guarantee claim.
| Registered name | FLOFUM, S.L. |
|---|---|
| Trading name | Voskis |
| Registered address | Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1 08014 Barcelona, Spain |
| Tax number | CIF: B75621250 |
| support@voskis.com | |
| Website | https://voskis.com |
That address is our registered business address and the address for legal correspondence. It is not a counter you can buy from, and orders cannot be collected there. We hold no telephone number. The company operates in writing only — the enquiry form or the support@voskis.com inbox — read Monday to Saturday, 9–6 CET. Company particulars are repeated on the legal notice.
2. What these terms cover
They apply to every order for goods sold by FLOFUM, S.L. under the Voskis name, and to your use of this website. Read them with the delivery and returns page, the warranty page and the privacy policy, which form part of the same agreement.
- We sell to consumers buying for their own household. If you order in the name of a business, clause 12 changes what you can claim.
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must give a street delivery address in one of the 27 EU member states.
- The contract is concluded in English. We answer correspondence in English or Spanish.
- Where your quote email states something specific to your order — a restock date, a two-parcel delivery, the currency the cash is collected in — that email governs that point and this page covers the rest.
This site has no checkout. There is no basket, no account, no login and no field anywhere on voskis.com that accepts a card number, so no order can be placed by clicking. Every order runs through email, and the steps are set out on how to order.
3. How a contract is formed here
Read this section before you send a list. Buying from Voskis has five stages and only the last one creates a contract, which is not how most online shops work and decides exactly when you are bound.
3.1 Your list is an enquiry
Sending us a list of items and a delivery address — through the enquiry form or by email — asks us for a price. In law it is an invitation to quote: not an order, not a reservation, not an offer to buy. It binds nobody and costs nothing, and if you decide against it you do not have to tell us.
3.2 Our reply is the offer
We answer the next working day. The reply names the items we hold, names anything we do not, and gives one figure covering goods and delivery together. That email is our offer to sell you those goods at that figure. It stands for 7 calendar days from the date we send it; after that we check the shelf again and quote afresh.
3.3 Your yes is an instruction to dispatch
Replying yes tells us to pick, pack and send. It does not conclude the sale and it does not make you owe us anything. No money is taken, held or reserved at this stage, and no figure is registered against you anywhere.
3.4 Dispatch is a movement notice
We dispatch in one to two working days and email you a tracking reference once the parcel has left us. That email tells you where your goods are. It is not a confirmation of sale and it does not create one.
3.5 Acceptance happens at your door
The contract of sale is made at a single moment: you take the parcel from the driver and hand over the cash. Taking delivery and paying together are your acceptance of the offer in clause 3.2. Before that moment there is no contract between us. After it there is one, on the terms of your quote email and this page.
Until you take the parcel and pay, no contract exists and no debt exists. Turning a parcel away is not a cancellation and carries no charge of any kind — the offer simply lapses, the box travels back to Barcelona at our cost, and the matter is closed.
| Stage | What it is in law |
|---|---|
| Your emailed list and address | An enquiry. Neither side is bound |
| Our reply naming stock and one figure | Our offer to sell, open for 7 calendar days |
| Your yes by email | An instruction to dispatch. Still no contract |
| Our dispatch email and tracking reference | Notice that the goods have left us |
| You take the parcel and pay the driver in cash | Acceptance. The contract is concluded here |
Four things follow from that structure, and all four are in your favour:
- Risk in transit is ours. Ownership and risk pass to you at the moment you pay at the door, so a parcel crushed or lost on the road is our loss and not yours.
- Your 30 days to change your mind run from that same day, because that is the day you take physical possession.
- We may correct or withdraw an offer at any time before you take the parcel if it carries an obvious error — a figure with a digit missing, a description of the wrong model. We tell you by email and you decide again on the corrected figure.
- You never have to argue for the return of money you have not yet paid.
4. Prices and what the figure includes
- Every price is in euros and includes Spanish IVA at the rate in force. No tax line is added afterwards.
- Delivery is €0 on every order, to every address we ship to. There is no minimum spend, no threshold to reach, no weight or size surcharge and no handling fee.
- The figure in your quote email is the whole amount. Nothing is added on the doorstep: no cash handling charge, no fuel surcharge, no rounding up to the nearest note.
- Where a carrier bills us for collecting cash, that is our cost and it stays with us.
- Prices shown on this website indicate what a category starts at. The figure that binds is the one written in your quote email.
If anyone asks you for a cent more than your quote email states, refuse the parcel and write to support@voskis.com.
5. Payment
Cash, handed to the courier, once the parcel is in front of you. That is the only method this business accepts. FLOFUM, S.L. runs no card terminal and no payment gateway, so a card cannot be processed on this site, inside an email or at your door, and the drivers carry no readers. Bank transfers, payment links, cheques, vouchers and phone payments are not available either.
- The driver collects the exact figure from your quote email and nothing beyond it.
- Payment is in euros wherever the delivery country uses the euro. For the other member states we confirm the collection currency and the amount in writing before dispatch, and that written amount is what the driver takes.
- Drivers carry very little change. Make the amount up as closely as your notes allow.
- Whoever accepts the parcel pays for it. If it is going to a neighbour, a colleague or a tenant, tell them the figure in advance.
- You get paperwork twice: a receipt or signed docket from the driver at the door, and an invoice by email issued by FLOFUM, S.L. under CIF B75621250, carrying your order reference. Either one supports a later return or claim.
Nothing is ever collected before delivery. That covers deposits, part-payments, card details, bank transfers, payment links, vouchers and reservation fees, on every order whatever its size. A request of that kind using our name did not come from us — forward it to support@voskis.com and delete it.
6. Availability, and why we never substitute
This website is not a live inventory. Stock is confirmed by a person on the day your list arrives, which is why the reply matters more than the page.
If something you asked for has run out, we name it in that reply and give you the choice: wait for the restock on a date we state, take an alternative we describe and price in writing, or drop the line and take a revised figure. We do not send a similar model in place of the one you asked for. The driver will never arrive with something you have not seen written down, and if a parcel does contain an item you did not order, refuse it or tell us — you owe nothing for it either way.
7. Delivery
We deliver to street addresses in the 27 EU member states, free, on every order. Dispatch is one to two working days after you tell us to send. We give no cutoff time and no next-day promise. What we give you is the day the parcel actually left, in the dispatch email, with the tracking reference.
Cash changes hands in person, so the parcel has to reach a person. Parcel lockers, PO boxes, poste restante and unattended pickup points cannot be used. A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain.
Where no delivery date has been agreed, EU law requires delivery within 30 days. If we miss that, set us a further reasonable period in writing, and if that passes too you may cancel outright. Cancelling costs nothing and leaves nothing to refund, because we hold none of your money. Timings, tracking, missed attempts and transit damage are covered in full on delivery and returns.
8. Cancelling before the parcel reaches you
Before dispatch, email us. Add items, remove items, correct the address or call the order off entirely. There is no cancellation fee, no restocking charge and no refund to chase, since no money has moved.
After dispatch, you cannot stop the van, but you are not obliged to take the box. Refuse it when the driver arrives. It returns to us, the offer lapses under clause 3.5, and nothing is charged for the journey in either direction.
Once you have taken the parcel and paid, clause 9 applies instead.
9. Changing your mind: 14 days by law, 30 days here
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU and, in Spain, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007. We extend that period to 30 days voluntarily. The statutory 14 days sit underneath the longer period at all times, and nothing on this page shortens or conditions them.
- When the clock starts. The day you take physical possession of the goods. Where an order arrives as more than one parcel, the day the last parcel reaches you.
- How to tell us. One email to support@voskis.com inside the 30 days, naming the order and the items. No reason is needed and none will be asked for. You may instead use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Spanish consumer act, but you are not required to.
- Used or unused. You may open it, plug it in and use it. A pan can be cooked in, an airer can be loaded, a timer can run for a week. Send it back complete, with lids, cables, adaptors, fixings and instructions in the box.
- What we send back. The return address and the reference to write on the outside of the parcel, by email, normally the next working day.
- Return carriage. On a change of mind it is yours to arrange and pay, which is the standard position under EU distance selling rules. On anything faulty, damaged or not what was agreed, it is ours. We tell you which of the two applies before you pack anything.
- Refund method. Bank transfer to an account in your own name, because no card was charged and there is no transaction to reverse. We ask you for the IBAN in writing once the return is agreed.
- Refund timing and amount. Within 14 days of the goods reaching us or of your proof of posting, whichever comes first. Delivery cost you €0, so you get back the whole figure you handed the driver.
The law lets a seller reduce a refund where handling has gone beyond what was needed to judge the goods and has left them worth less — a stripped thread, a cracked housing, a set with a piece missing. Ordinary use in deciding whether an item suits you is not that, and we do not treat it as such. Where a deduction does apply, we email you the figure and the reason before the transfer leaves.
10. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Damage you can see at the door is the simple case: hand the parcel straight back, pay nothing, and email us afterwards. We send a replacement or close the order, whichever you prefer.
Where a fault shows up later, email support@voskis.com with your order reference and photographs of the item, plus the carton and shipping label if the packaging is still to hand. We arrange the collection, pay the carriage in both directions, and repair, replace or refund. This is separate from clause 9 and is not confined to 30 days.
11. The two-year guarantee of conformity
Everything we sell carries the statutory guarantee of conformity under Spanish and EU law: two years from delivery. Goods must match the description we gave, be fit for the purpose they are sold for, and last as long as such goods reasonably should. Within that period a fault that appears is presumed to have been present when the parcel reached you, unless we can show otherwise.
What the guarantee does not reach is ordinary wear, accidental damage after delivery, use outside a stated rating — an extension lead loaded past the wattage printed on it, for instance — goods altered or repaired by someone else, and consumable parts such as filters, bulbs and batteries used up in normal service.
If the consumer law of your own country of residence gives you a longer period or wider cover, that applies to you and nothing here reduces it. How a claim is made, and what we ask you to send with it, is on the warranty page.
12. Our liability to you
We are liable for loss you suffer as a foreseeable consequence of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will follow, or if we both knew it might when the contract was made.
We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for damage caused by using an item against its instructions, beyond its stated rating, or in an installation the instructions do not allow. If you order in the name of a business, we are not liable to you for lost profit, lost turnover, lost data or business interruption, and the consumer rights in clauses 9 and 11 may not be available to you at all.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under product liability law, or for any right that consumer law gives you and does not allow to be waived. Where a clause here conflicts with such a right, the right prevails and the clause does not apply to that extent.
Events outside our reasonable control — weather, carrier strikes, customs inspections, road and ferry closures — can delay a parcel, and we are not liable for the delay itself. We tell you as soon as we know, and you may cancel. Since nothing has been paid, a delay leaves you no worse off than before you wrote to us.
13. Complaints, and where to take one we cannot settle
Start with us. Email support@voskis.com with your order reference, what went wrong and what you want done about it. We answer the next working day and aim to settle a complaint within 14 days. Much of what people write in about is already answered on questions.
The European Commission ran an Online Dispute Resolution platform for years, and online shops across the EU were required to link to it. That platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints, so there is nothing to file there and any ODR link still shown on a shop site is out of date. These routes are open instead:
- The European Consumer Centre in your own country, if you live in an EU member state other than Spain. The ECC-Net advises and mediates on cross-border purchases, free of charge.
- In Spain, your municipal consumer office (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor) or the consumer directorate of your autonomous community. They register the complaint and can put it to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, which proceeds where both sides agree to it.
- The courts, on the terms in clause 14.
14. Governing law and courts
Spanish law governs this contract and these terms. If you live in another EU member state, you keep every mandatory protection your own consumer law gives you: Spanish law applies only so far as it does not take those away.
Disputes may be brought before the Spanish courts. As a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we may bring proceedings against you only there.
15. Other terms
- Which version applies. The terms governing your order are the ones published on this page when we sent your quote. We may change the page, and a change never applies backwards to an order already agreed. The date under the title tells you the current version.
- Severability. If any clause is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.
- Delay is not waiver. If we do not insist on something straight away, we keep the right to insist on it later.
- Transfer. We may transfer this contract to another company, and your rights under it are unaffected. You may transfer it only with our written agreement.
- Your data. What we hold, why, and for how long is in the privacy policy. What this site stores in your browser is in the cookie policy.
16. Reaching a person
Write to support@voskis.com, quoting your order reference, and the tracking reference too if the parcel is already moving. Email is read Monday to Saturday, 9–6 CET, and answered the next working day. There is no telephone line, so anyone telephoning in our name is not us. What to put in a first message is set out on the contact page.
