How to order

An order here is one short message, sent through the form on this site or straight to our inbox. This page sets out what to put in it, what comes back and how fast, how the figure is built, and what happens when the driver reaches your door.

The order in five steps

The sequence is the same every time, whether you are ordering one pack of pegs or restocking a whole cupboard.

  • 1. You send a list and an address. The items, how many of each, and the street address the box has to reach.
  • 2. We reply the next working day. The reply names what is in stock and gives you one figure: the goods, plus €0 delivery.
  • 3. You say yes in writing. Answer that email. That is the entire agreement, and it is the last thing asked of you until the box arrives.
  • 4. We dispatch in one to two working days. A tracking reference follows by email once the box has genuinely left us.
  • 5. You check the box and pay the driver in cash. The driver collects the figure from the reply. Not a cent above it.

What to put in your message

Use the enquiry form on the contact page, or write straight to support@voskis.com. Either way the same six things make an order priceable on the first reading, and a plain list is quicker to price than a paragraph.

What to send Why we need it
The items, named as they are written on the site We check each name against the shelf. A name and a size settle it: a 45 L clip-lid box is one product, a storage box is forty.
How many of each Quantities build the figure and decide the size of the carton. There is no minimum order, and no quantity that earns a discount.
The full street address: street and number, postcode, town, country That text goes on the label as you typed it. Read it back once in our reply, because the label is printed from it.
The floor or door, plus any entry code or buzzer name A driver stopped at street level is a delivery that fails. Third floor, door B, and the code for the gate all belong in the first email.
A name for the parcel The person who takes the box is the person who pays for it. The driver asks for that name, so tell whoever it is the figure in advance.
An email address we can reply to Everything reaches you in writing: the figure, the dispatch note, the tracking reference and the invoice from FLOFUM, S.L.

Put questions in the same message. Whether a lid fits a box you already own, what a socket timer is rated at, the diameter of a pan base, the length of a cable. Answers come back with the figure rather than after it.

Sending a list costs you nothing and ties you to nothing. No page on this site accepts a card number, and no stage of an order asks for a deposit. You can stop the whole thing with one line of email, up to the moment you take the box in.

What comes back, and how fast

The reply lands the next working day and settles three things: which items are in stock, the single figure the driver will collect, and whether the address is one a courier can reach.

The inbox is read Monday to Saturday, 9 to 6 CET. A message sent on Sunday is answered on Monday morning. Picking and dispatch run Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays, so a Friday evening list is packed the following week.

There is no telephone number. Everything is handled in writing — the enquiry form or a direct email, whichever suits you — and that leaves you holding the figure in writing — which matters, because that written figure is the only amount a driver is permitted to take.

Why there is no basket and no account

The site has no checkout because the company has no means to run one. FLOFUM, S.L. holds no card terminal and no payment gateway. A card cannot be charged on this website, inside an email, or at your front door, and the drivers carry no readers.

There is nothing to register either. No login, no password, no saved profile, no order history to lose. We hold your name, delivery address and email for as long as the order, the 30-day return window and Spanish tax record-keeping require, and no longer. The detail is in the privacy policy.

Pricing by email has one practical consequence worth stating. Stock moves during the day, so the reply confirms availability at the moment we read your list, not the moment you sent it.

How the figure is built

One figure covers the order end to end. It is assembled from exactly two things:

  • The price of each item multiplied by the quantity you asked for. Spanish VAT is already inside those prices.
  • Delivery: €0. Every order, every address we ship to, no minimum spend and no threshold to reach.

Nothing else enters it. No packing charge, no weight or bulk surcharge, no fee for handling cash, no island supplement, no rounding up to a convenient note. The figure appears once, in the reply, and it does not move afterwards.

If something is out of stock

We name the item in the reply. A different model is never sent in its place, and you never discover a swap at the door.

You get one of two things: the date we expect the item back, or a revised figure with that line taken out. Then you decide. Wait for the restock, take the rest of the list now, or drop the order. Any of the three is a one-line answer.

Where a genuine alternative exists we describe it in writing, with its own price and its own measurements, and it goes on the list only if you say so.

Changing or cancelling before dispatch

Reply in the same email thread. Add items, take them off, change a quantity, correct the address, or cancel outright. No money has moved, so there is no refund to wait for and no cancellation charge to argue about.

That window closes when the box is handed to the carrier, and it often closes sooner than people expect. Once the dispatch email has gone we can ask the carrier to redirect a parcel, but not every carrier agrees. The straightforward remedy at that stage is to refuse the box when it arrives. It travels back to Barcelona, and you are charged for none of it.

What happens at the door

Delivery is to a street address in any of the 27 EU member states. Somebody has to be there to take the box and hand over the money, which rules out parcel lockers, PO boxes and unattended pickup points. A workplace works well if a colleague is allowed to accept the parcel and settle it.

The driver is expected to wait while you look. Before any money changes hands:

  • Count the parcels against the delivery note. A long list can travel as two or three.
  • Read the shipping label and check it describes what you ordered, not a near neighbour of it.
  • Look over the carton for crushing, water staining, or tape that is not the carrier’s own.
  • Open it if you want to. An intact box is not evidence of an intact item.

If the delivery is wrong, short or damaged, hand it back there and then. You pay nothing, the order closes, and you owe no carriage. Email us afterwards and we either send a replacement or close the order, whichever you ask for.

If you are keeping it, pay the driver in cash. Get as close to the figure as your notes and coins allow, because a driver may not be carrying enough change for a large note. You are given paperwork for the cash on the spot, and an invoice from FLOFUM, S.L., CIF B75621250, follows by email against your order. Keep whichever of the two is easier to find, since a return or a guarantee claim needs one of them.

If the driver asks for a different figure

Do not pay it. The only amount a driver may collect is the one written in your confirmation email. Refuse the box, then write to support@voskis.com with what you were asked for. Nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to claw back.

An error in our own arithmetic is corrected by email and never on your doorstep. If the figure was too low, that is our loss and we absorb it. If it was too high, we say so and put it right before anything is dispatched.

The rule runs in the other direction as well. Nobody acting for Voskis will ask you for money before the box reaches you — no deposit, no transfer, no payment link, no card details — by any route, at any stage, for any size of order. A message that does is not from this company. Forward it to support@voskis.com and we will tell you what we know about it.

After the box is yours

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, used or unused, and you need give no reason for it. EU law sets 14 days for a distance purchase. Voskis lifts that to 30 of its own accord, and the statutory right sits underneath the longer period either way.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items go back at our expense and we book the collection ourselves. A change of mind means the return journey is yours to arrange. We tell you which of the two you are in before you pack anything. Refunds arrive by bank transfer, because there is no card payment to reverse, so we ask for an IBAN in writing once the return is agreed.

Everything we send carries the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity under Spanish and EU law. The full terms are on delivery and returns and the warranty page.
